Slim to None

Well the promotion quotas came out today and lets say the Mr. is not to happy.   The numbers are are slim to none.

Thankfully, he has that motorcycle he can ride to let some of his frustration out.

I guess last year they promoted more folks than they had billets, which is somewhat of a no-no.   Maybe a few “crusty ole folks” will retire this year.  My grandpa J. was in the Army and he retired after something like 27 / 28 years.  I think if they would have let him he would still be in today.  That CSM was happy right where he was.

I swear motorcycles are therapy, no matter the reason for their bad day! I know I am grateful when I can tell DH, go on, go for a ride and forget about work!! 🙂
